Use of this website, booking request and the contract between participant and tourist agency Zara Tours is subject to the law of Slovenia, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Slovenia.
Unless written permission is granted, you are not licensed to use any of the marks of our web site. Unless otherwise stated, we own and are licensed to use the intellectual property rights in the content and information in this web site, including all text, photographs, images, logos, graphics, design, underlying source code and software.
You may only use this web site for your own non-commercial personal use or for purposes legitimately connected with purchasing our products and services. You are not allowed to access, use or copy any material or information on this web site for any commercial purpose or for any purposes which are unlawful.

By using this website you authorise Zara Tours and our agents to collect information about you. You are responsible for ensuring that other members of your party are aware of the content of our Privacy Policy and consent to your acting on their behalf in all your dealings with us. We will use this information for statistical analysis, to provide services to you, for marketing, for private development and for research purposes. Personal information about you may be used to enable Zara Tours, our agents and third parties selected by Zara Tours, to access, maintain, investigate or market products or services. We may use your contact details to inform you about our latest offers and include you in our promotional/advertising special offers of Zara Tours. If you do not wish to receive these materials, inform us and we will remove your details off our mailing list.

3. Insurance:

Zara Tours is fully insured according to the law for its activity, third part liability, work accidents for staff, and car passengers on our vehicles. We recommend all participants to ensure your Travel Insurance has adequate coverage for cancellation and refund, luggage, medical expenses and repatriation, death and permanent disability.

4. Jurisdiction:

All the arrangements of the services handled by Zara Tours will be made in Slovenia and are governed by Slovenian law and are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Slovenia. Once a booking is made you agree to accept all these conditions, and when we accept your reservation we agree to carry out our obligations to you as defined in this document and other information provided to you.

5. Your consent:

By using the data advertised on our web pages you agree to the above mentioned terms and conditions. We cannot be held responsible if the data advertised contains errors such as typing errors or if we were given the incorrect data to publish.
If you do not agree to our use of your information, we cannot accept your booking.

Booking of our services

6. Accommodation:

All our prices are generally based on double or twin bedroom occupancy. In some locations participants may occupy larger rooms/suites/apartments for more than two persons. Single rooms are available at a special request as a supplement to a basic price. Some accommodations can take an extra bed for a third person (in most cases extra bed is camp bed or sofa type, suited more for a child than an adult. Some accommodations though, have larger twin rooms, which are suitable for three adults.

7. Prices:

All prices are presented in Euros (€). Prices are guaranteed independently of exchange rates variations.

8. Booking:

Your reservation will be carried out under your name and surname. We call this lead name or booking name.

Once we have received your final decision on your choices we can process your booking. We will require a deposit of 30% of the total amount to secure your booking. Payment needs to be done within 5 working days (so your booking will be secured for this time until the deposit payment deadline is passed). Sometimes, in special cases (in high season, last minute booking) we reserve the right to change the number of days needed for the payment of deposit. Once we receive your payment, your booking is completely secured and we will send you an email confirmation.

Final payment is to be settled upon your arrival in our office.

Payment can be done in two ways: by using bank transfer or credit card.

We accept all major types of credit cards including Eurocard / Mastercard, Visa or American Express. We accept credit cards over the fax or email.
We will send you a payment request by email, that you can send us the required details to process the payment.

Alternatively you can make a payment to us by International Bank Transfer. To transfer the money into our account, the process is simple. All you need to do is to provide your bank with our account details as follows:

Please be aware that your bank will make a charge for this transaction which you must cover. We recommend that you check this with your own bank.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellations must be made in writing; the date received in Zara Tours office applies for refund policies: 

• cancellation more than 1 month prior to your arrival......30% of total amount is charged (no deposit refund)

• cancellation 31 - 22 days prior to your arrival..............40% of total amount is charged

• cancellation 21 - 15 days prior to your arrival..............50% of total amount is charged

• cancellation 14 - 8 days prior to your arrival................80% of total amount is charged

• cancellation 7 - 1 days prior to your arrival................100% of total amount is charged

• cancellations less than 24 hours or non-shows are charged at 100% of the total amount.

Deposit payments are non-refundable after receiving cancellation 30 days prior to your arrival. Any credit card or bank charges paid by the client will not be refunded.
